About Paper Boat Trays
Boat trays are the food truck and concession standard: grease-resistant paperboard in the familiar red plaid, open on top so fried food stays crisp instead of steaming.
Sizes run 1/4 lb to 5 lb; smaller trays pack 1,000 per case and larger trays 500 per case. Line them with checker deli paper for extra grease protection.
Ideal for
- Food Trucks
